i am still in shock.. my coach texted me and told me that:
kru robert valdez, the president of the muay association of the philippines, was shot dead in his office..

he was the most passionate coach we've ever known..

the whole muay thai community mourns this loss..

i got the chance to know and bond with him.. even though it's just for a while..

but i really felt his passion.. it was very easy to get along with him.. he was very inspiring and i hope the motivation he imparted on muay thai practiotioners and enthusiasts will not die out with his death but instead be reignited to keep his legacy burning..

rip kru robert.. we know that you are in a better place..

my thesis will be in memory of you..
